Since 2016 she has led Asmus & Hock, a full-service marketing and PR agency advising brands, founders and growth businesses on strategic communication, positioning and visibility. Around it, she has co-founded and scaled multiple ventures — including Empfehlio, a national reputation platform, and Truzzer, an internationally positioned phygital reputation system. Several of these ventures were successfully exited in 2024.
Alongside her advisory practice, she founded The Kim Thing — a modern editorial platform and podcast on entrepreneurship, leadership, positioning, perception and contemporary culture. It functions as her independent voice on the dynamics shaping modern business and the founders building it.
